Early life Rajat was born in Munirka, South Delhi to Ramvir and Pramila Tokas. He studied in the Hope Hall Foundation School, R.K. [edit] Career At first Rajat Tokas played Sai Baba's brother "Tatya" in the television serial Sai Baba produced by Sagar Arts, after which he was offered the lead role in Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan.[2] His other notable works are Jadui Chiraag, Light House For Children, Bongo, Mera Dost, Rahul, Ek Nazar Ki Tamanna, Hey Hawain, Khoj Khajane Ki and Abhivyakti. He and his co-star in Prithviraj Chauhan, Mugdha Chapekar, got a breakthrough when they both appeared in Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan on Star Plus. Rajat's latest serial is Dharam Veer, in which he plays the role of 'Veer' with Mugdha Chapekar as his co-star. Initially in Prithviraj Chauhan, Rajat was meant to appear for limited time of 3-4 episodes.[2] When the show's popularity increased, so did his roles. He appeared in over 150 episodes in more than a year.
